CTS offers a technology that allows you to sit at your computer (sometimes called the client computer) and connect to a remote computer (also referred to as the host computer) in a different location. For example, we can connect to your computer and have access to all of your programs, files, and network resources as though we were in front of your computer. This allows us to troubleshoot and figure out what issues you may be having and correct them as quickly as possible while simultaneously keeping any downtime to an absolute minimum.
